- Industrial-to-commercial functional conversion with structural safety, retaining an industrial architectural style
Key technical highlights
- Structure: the existing industrial-heritage structure was reinforced and the original industrial architectural style was kept.
- MEP: the owner's high-power ice-energy demands were fully safeguarded, with each zone subdivided to meet commercial and performance requirements.
- Experience design: Beibei Avenue and Screaming Street host the mechanical giant-bear "Beibei" meta-universe IP, with flagship shows ("Beibei Big Show", "North Wind Goddess Phantom Show"), a trendy food street and amusement rides — merging park, food, retail and study-tour formats into a new "city park and future community" experience.
